Shipping charges will be calculated after checkout.
Your credit card will be charged for the full retail cost of the item(s) that you are renting. When the items are returned in good working condition, your credit card will be refunded the full cost, less the rental fee, shipping and return shipping. If the item(s) are returned damaged, we will either repair the item(s) or replace them at our discretion. You are responsible for all repair or replacement costs. Refunds will be processed by us in a timely manner, your credit card may not immediately reflect the refund.
We will ship rental items via UPS ground so they will arrive about 2 days before your rental period. You must return the items (picked up by UPS) within 2 days after the end of the rental period. Otherwise you will be billed for another rental period. Overnight shipping is available for any item except batteries.
When you receive the item(s), check that everything is working, and take photos before you use them and after. Returned item(s) must be clean, free from mud and properly decontaminated. You will be charged a cleaning fee if any item(s) are returned uncleaned.
